Tournament


A Rummy Tournament is a series of games in which several players are competing against each other and the player with the highest amount of points in this tournament is usually the loser. The Tournament is played until there is one final winner who usually wins a prize or an entrance to a bigger Tournament.

 

A Tournament is also called a Tourney (taken from 16th century France) and a common type of a tournament is the Elimination Tourney and the Freeroll tournament.
