Dealer

The Definition of a "Dealer".

Dealer

A player or a neutral person who is dealing the cards to the participating players.

When the Dealer is a neutral person on behalf of the house, he is the representative of the game operating company. In the Rummy game, the Dealer is one of the players who is chosen by the participating players of the game and the cards dealing is done from the first players direction who sits next to the Dealer directly to the rest of the players.
