What Is Rummy 500? Why Is It Different?
Rummy 500 is a two player game. In the Rummy 500 variation of online rummy, players are awarded points for cards that are melded. Points are taken away from players for cards that are left in the player’s hand when the other player goes out. Rummy 500 in and of itself is not a new game, but this new version of the game is available on the Game Desire website. The Rummy 500 game is a variation of the very fun card game called Remik.
What Is The Card Game Remik?
Remik uses all 52 cards in the deck to play. In Rummy 500, a variation of Remik, you want to score the point limit as soon as possible. You do this by laying off groups of cards in sequence. You can also do this by completing combinations through melding. Melded combinations score players points and cards left in the hand result in a negative score for the player when the other gamer goes out and laid all their cards down.
